What is the most SEO friendly website structure design ?

Hello people,

Please let me know what is the most SEO Friendly structure that you could give for your website ?
PS: am not a web developer but now a days interested in learning it..

Here are few tips to make your website SEO friendly../

1. Make url of the pages seo friendly eg: www.mysite.com/page.php?id=1 (http://www.mysite.com/page.php?id=1)
seofriendly: www.mysite.com/information_on_google.php (http://www.mysite.com/information_on_google.php)

these are also referred as canonical URLs

2. You should have the title tag, meta tag description.
3. All the pages should utilize H1, h2, h3, b, strong, p, ul, li tags appropriately.
4. You should get quality back links from your niche websites.
5. Have good quality unique content.
6. update them regularly.

Very recently I was shown some websites that had aesthetically interesting designs, but I was baffled about the elements in the site structure, since they were not optimized for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). The point of creating an SEO friendly website is to ensure that those people who want to find your site can actually find it.
