Open your Adobe Photoshop and create a new document with 500×500 px size
create a opaque circle of a fixed radius and a gradient color, further use a bigger circular eraser and delete the part of the circle as shown in the figure 2
Duplicate the Sliced layer 3 times and reduce the “opacity” of each layer to look like shown in 3rd figure
Similarly create a second slice on a new layer as show in the figure, you could use the free transform option in photoshop to turn these arround as per your liking.
Duplicate the green layer just like you did on the blue layer
Create a new orange set and place it exacltly the way as you did with the blue and green layers.
Make the final touch up with the wirting and other stuff. and you are Done !!
