Google Buzz Launch Review: Official OC Review

What is Google Buzz, Is it yet another Social Networking portal? Is Google Buzz something like Twitter or a Twitter Killer? Is it a HIT or a Miss? How can we do Buzz Marketing?

The Questions about Buzz never ends!! I could be of Help to you for a few through my Google Buzz OC Review). On Feb 10th 2010 (yesterday) i spent couple of hours playing with Google Buzz, and you know what? I liked it too, even though i did not expect it to be simple.

The Upsides

1. The Buzz is auto integrated to your Gmail account below the inbox link.
2. Its got a very neat and clean interface (as always i Love google for that reason)
3. You could get your facebook, orkut, twitter, friendfeed updates all at once Place: Buzz!
4. It auto updates your gmail Buzz tab every 3-4 seconds
5. Its got the Google Badge : this would help the network grow virally, so it could be a future marketing network for experts in that arena as well.

The Downsides

1. SPAM: It could be a great pond for Spam to breed on, so make sure you only add or follow people you really know or moreover people who you really need, otherwise your Gmail would be Trashed with spam updates.

2. As of now its not very feature rich, lets wait and see

3. Could look a little crowded when its injected on to your inbox, it would have been better if it was rather a tool or website, where it has some living space for users.
